Property Completions Administrator

Our client is an award winning, Legal 500 ranked, full service law firm and they are looking to grow their New Build team with an experienced Property Completions Administrator! They are based in Farnborough and the successful candidates will be joining an expanding firm and working in a flexible, supportive, and encouraging environment!

This role will be working Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm based within the firms modern office in Farnborough.  The salary for the Property Completions Administrator role is £23,088 plus a £1000 to £2000 admin bonus.

Main responsibilities:

• Managing own workload of completions and assisting others with completions during absences and peak times.
• Collaborate with developers, solicitors and clients throughout process, from exchange to completion.
• Managing and resolving post completion requirements.
• Submitting stamp duty requirements, lender requirements and financial balances.
• Managing file closing in a meticulous manner with attention to detail.
• Assisting with other administrative tasks in other departments.
• Liaising with lenders with regards to mortgage offers.
• High level of organisation and management of a large workload, ensuring all your deadlines are met.

Skills required:

• Team player.
• Excellent IT skills
• At least 5 GCSE’s grade 9 to 4 including Maths and English
• Great communication skills.
• Able to work top deadlines within a fast paced environment.
